Apex Precision Auto Repair

I cannot recommend this place enough. Nate was very transparent and helpful throughout this whole experience. I went to the Honda dealership for an oil change and asked them to check my car because it was leaking. They told me it would be a $1600 fix for a new timing belt (which I just got repaired) and to fix an oil leak. I wanted to get a second opinion, so I took it to Nate. He was very transparent with pricing and very thorough in explaining what was going on. I didn’t feel talked down to, he didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. It was a great experience overall. Thanks Nate!

PLEASE BEWARE!!! Absolutely horrible experience. Brought car in before long trip with engine light on. Was told the light was just due to a faulty sensor and that the car was fine. Car engine completely died on trip 4.5 hours from home. Car now totaled and entire ordeal was ridiculously expensive. I would’ve been happy to just pay the actual repairs had they thoroughly done their job. Now I have to get a new car.

Best experience I could possibly get. Covered all the details of the repair so there were no surprises. Job was done professionally and quickly. Made sure I understood what had been done. The car problem happened when my daughter was out of town for school and they couldn't have been more helpful. Nate was great in every interaction and I would recommend this shop every time. 10/10

I had an incredible experience here! I have an older car and they were extremely prompt with diagnosing what needed to be done and broke down the cost with full transparency. I had my car back to me the same day I dropped it off. I greatly appreciate this place and would recommend to anyone!

I recently took my 2013 650 xi to Apex Precision Import Repairs for a diagnostic, expecting the worst—a potential timing chain replacement. To my surprise and relief, they gave me great news! They identified the exact issue quickly and saved me from an expensive repair. Not only did they complete the diagnostic in just an hour and a half (when they originally estimated two days), but they also lowered the price for me since the work required was minimal. That level of honesty and efficiency is hard to find in auto repair shops. The team at Apex Precision was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. They provided excellent service and exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of trustworthy and skilled mechanics. Thank you, Apex Precision, for your honesty and top-notch service.
